REFUND POLICY
At Basil Book, we take pride in providing high-quality products (books etc) and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds under the following conditions:
1. Returns and refund eligibility
- Kindly check your order upon arrival and reach out to us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in line with UK consumer rights.
- Returned products must be in original condition, meaning no markings, creases, or damages.
- Products that are damaged or used may not qualify for a full refund.
2. Refund Process
- To initiate a return, contact our Basil Book Customer Support Team at hello@basil-book.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your intent to return, as per UK Consumer Law.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the products.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges and special cases
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
- If the product you purchased from us was lost or delayed in transit, contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
